NovCon was established in August 8, 2014. We are highly dedicated on providing fast and precise services that will surely satisfy our clients.

NovCon's venture into the build and sell business started in 2021. We gathered investors to raise capital and establish this plan. This venture began with a duplex proposal, where we purchased a 150 sqm lot and subdivided it into 2 properties.


Once all the necessary documents were secured, the entire NovCon team, along with our Licensed Architects and Engineers, started planning for this project.


Due to the high demand for shelter, our first project was immediately sold and investors received their investment back, plus a percentage of the said project.


Because of this, NovCon's interest in the build and sell business also increased as we saw the opportunity for significant profit in a short period of time.


We also gained the interest of investors, and they are willing to join future ventures of NovCon in the build and sell business.

Investors will receive a 30% return on their investment over 3 years. This translates to a high 10% annual profit on your investment.

The earnings here are significantly higher compared to placing your investment in a bank or any other business. Additionally, your investment is secured by assets such as land or buildings.

Business Strategy

Selection of Project Location
One of the most important advantages in the build and sell business is choosing a feasible location where there is high demand for high-end residential projects. We assign professionals to study and analyze data to determine the location for our project proposals.

These are the things our data professionals consider:
1. Updated household data from the PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority)
2. Access points
3. Adjacent establishments and institutions
4. Security and exclusivity
5. Property orientation
6. Price and value
7. Zoning assessment

After securing the data for the best and feasible location for our project, we have a separate team to organize the necessary documents and paperwork. Design and Planning Stage Architects and Engineers will begin planning the Residential Design based on the most beautiful and attractive design. The team also aims to study the most feasible design to achieve a larger market.

Pre-Selling / Marketing
After our Architects have proposed their designs, we will enter the pre-selling stage where we inform possible buyers about our plans. At this stage, we can generate interest from buyers using animation and 3D rendered perspectives.

Alongside the pre-selling stage, we will also process permits such as building permits, permits to construct, and approvals for the subdivision.

Once we have secured the permits, we can proceed with the construction. Our on-site Architects and Engineers will ensure the beauty and durability of the house. NovCon has 10 years of experience in residential construction, so we can guarantee the quality and stability of the house. The number of Filipinos looking for built houses is increasing compared to those still under construction. Because of this, the demand for our services and products will also increase.


After completing the construction, we will proceed to prepare the house for occupancy by potential buyers. We will also schedule site visits for buyers who want to purchase a house.

With our 8 branches nationwide, marketing will be easier. Our existing online presence on social media and website is also included. We have equipped our team with marketing professionals to assist potential buyers and explain the details of our projects.

Leading the list with the most number of housing units is CALABARZON, with a 15.2% (3,820,739) share of the total number. Next is NCR with 12.9% (3,257,020) and Region III with 11.5% or 2,892,184 housing units.

The average members of a household are 4.3 persons per housing unit. This means that with 117 million people in 2023, each house has a high number of occupants.
